Hydro is the workhorse of Cardiff Bay, operating almost every day of the year between the City Centre and Cardiff Bay. It has a capacity of 24 and is ideal for medium sized groups looking for transport links. Every event that Aquabus hosts is bespoke to the requirements of the client, and there are many different ways it can be used. With its unique views of Cardiff Bay and the rivers Taff and Ely providing, time and again, an impressive backdrop. Aquabus can really make your time aboard extra special with a host of ancillary activities including trips out on speedboats and sailing yachts.

Our modern boats are built to the latest standards of safety. With panoramic windows all around, toilet facilities on board and an open-air viewing platform at the back. They are the best location for seeing Cardiff Bay, the Barrage and the rivers Taff and Ely, in comfort and safety.

Booking times are very flexible, we can sail whatever time suits your event, from 10am in the morning until a final departure time of 7.00pm in the evening.

We are fully insured and the boat is regularly inspected for health, safety, and sea worthiness.
